in the sound booth 		The Spiritual Enrichment Center is a thriving community because of its Loving Service Team. Our Loving Servers grace us with love and personal commitment through their service. How about you? Do you have some time to donate? A talent, skill, or passion you'd like to share with others? To the extent each of us contributes our unique abilities, talents, or the time we give, the Spiritual Enrichment Center grows that much stronger and more vibrant.

There are several ways you can donate your time and talent. Here are a few:
  1. Greeter/usher – greet people at the door on Sundays, hand out programs, collect tithing donations during service.
  2. Bookstore – ring up sales, operate cash register and credit card machine, make book recommendations.
  3. Sound booth – coordinate sound and lighting for the service, cue music, duplicate CDs.
  4. Kitchen – set up potlucks, arrange food donations on serving table, clean up after service. No cooking required.
  5. Office (Mon – Thu, 9am – 3pm) – various administrative tasks. Sandy could use your help if you have an hour or two each week.
  6. Facilities/building maintenance – minor maintenance and repair.
  7. Animal blessing – assist Ministry of Animals Coordinator with annual Pet Blessing program.
  8. Youth education – assist in the Youth Education program or Pre-School program. This could be as little as one Sunday per month.
  9. SEC Decorating (Beautification) Committee – assist committee in the aesthetic direction of the Spiritual Enrichment Center

The Reverend Joan Tomlinson Memorial Lending Library


Thanks Loving Servers . . . you know who you are!



Over 500 titles. Wow!
 The Reverend Joan Tomlinson Memorial Lending Library is open for business and ready for your enjoyment. It is located on the second floor of the Spiritual Enrichment Center at the end of the hallway. The shelves are loaded with a wonderful variety of books, tapes, and CDs, all related to New Thought or generally spiritual in nature. Many of the books were from the private collection of the late Reverend Joan Tomlinson and were donated to the library by her daughter.

Use of the library is on the honor system and there are only a few rules we ask you to follow:
  1. When you select items to take, please sign them out on the form provided.
  2. Keep them for a reasonable period (3-4 weeks suggested).
  3. Take good care of the items. Many are out of print and cannot be replaced.
  4. When you return the items, please sign them in on the form provided.
  5. Please return books to their proper place. Books are sorted alphabetically by author.
